Meet The Team

Timothy M. Bradley

Timothy M. Bradley, MD, FABOS was born and raised in Missouri, where he completed his undergraduate education. After attending medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, he was certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and did his post-residency fellowship training in Pediatric Orthopedics and in Pediatric and Adolescent Sports Medicine.

In his free time, he loves playing with his two dogs, Daisy and Merche, and listening to The Beatles. Dr. Bradley is well-known in the Tampa Bay community where he has practiced and lived since 2004.  After working in a group practice for many years, in 2014 he decided to open POBAR. He loves taking care of patients and is well trained and experienced in the non-surgical and surgical treatment of a large variety of pediatric and adolescent orthopedic conditions.

Dr. Bradley is a member of the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.

Dr. Luis Kortright

Dr. Luis Kortright was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where he completed most of his education. He served in the U.S. Army after that, finishing his internship in San Francisco, CA followed by two more years practicing in South Carolina.

In 1987, Dr. Kortright moved here to Florida, where he did his fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics at Shriner's Hospital. The following year he opened his own private practice in Tampa specializing in the treatment of children.

Dr. Kortright is married with three kids! His favorite things to dedicate his time to are quality time with his family and taking his children to their extracurricular activities.

Jessica Losada

 Jessica Losada, ARNP, is originally from Carrollwood, FL, she studied at the Academy of the Holy Names for high school before attending the University of Florida. Prior to joining POBAR in September of 2015, Jessi worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital for four years.

Growing up, she played basketball and continues to prioritize fitness alongside our other ARNP, Brittany! Jessi's biggest passions are helping kids to overcome their injuries and teaching student nurse practitioners. Jessi is happily married with two kids at home.

Brittany Adams

Brittany Adams, ARNP, is a proud Tampa native! Brittany graduated from Tampa Bay Technical High School, Hillsborough Community College, and the University of South Florida. She worked as a pediatric patient care technician and then as a nurse at Tampa General Hospital for eight years before joining POBAR in May of 2016. 

She played basketball growing up and still is committed to fitness, especially with one of our other ARNP, Jessi. Brittany loves dedicating her time to helping kids feel better! Her and husband just welcomed their second child, a healthy baby boy!

Kelly Phillips

Kelly Phillips, ARNP, grew up in both Tampa and Texas. She attended the University of Maryland for her undergraduate degree in Nursing before completing her postgraduate education at the University of South Florida. Prior to joining the POBAR team, Kelly worked at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital for nine years, and in their Pediatric ICU for two years.

Being an ARNP gives Kelly the opportunity to connect with her patients and see them grow and heal over time. Kelly is married and loves to travel!
